特异性：This antibody recognizes linear (1→3,1→4)-β-oligosaccharide segments in (1→3,1→4)-β-glucans. It has no cross-reactivity with (1→3)-β-glucans.This antibody can be used with second stage, gold-labelled rabbit anti-mouse antibody for immunohistochemical studiest.

效价：Indirect ELISA titre against the following β-glucan-BSA conjugates were:

● BSA-(1→3,1→4)-β-glucans 10ng/mL

● BSA-cellopentaose 200ng/mL

● BSA-laminarin >100,000ng/mL

Antibody binding to the BSA-(1→3,1→4)-β-glucan conjugate was inhibited (50%) by G₃G₄G₄G₃G₄G₄Gᴿ (4.3×10⁻⁶M), G₃G₄Gᴿ (10⁻²M), G₄G₄Gᴿ (10⁻²M) and G₃G₃Gᴿ (no inhibition).

使用方法：加入 150 μL 120 mmol/L 氯化钠溶液复溶；复溶后抗体体系为 10 mmol/L 磷酸盐缓冲液（pH 7.2）、0.8% 氯化钠，抗体终浓度 1 mg/mL。

储存条件：本品为冻干制品，运输过程可常温运输；长期保存需置于 4℃以下环境，并配套干燥剂。复溶后：短期 4℃保存；长期分装后 - 20℃避光（加干燥剂）冻存。冻融后不可再次冷冻，解冻后仅可 4℃保存。
