(1-3)-beta-glucan-directed monoclonal antibody--cat#400-2

特异性：This antibody recognizes linear (1→3)-β-oligosaccharide segments in (1→3)-β-glucans. It has no cross reactivity with (1→4)-β-glucan or (1→3,1→4)-β-glucan.This antibody can be used with second stage, gold-labelled rabbit anti-mouse antibody for immunohistochemical studies.

效价：Indirect ELISA titre against the following β-glucan-BSA conjugates were:

● BSA-laminarin 30ng/mL

● BSA-cellopentaose >100,000ng/mL

● BSA-barley β-glucan >100,000ng/mL

Antibody binding to the laminarin-BSA conjugate was inhibited (50%) by laminaribiose (1.5×10⁻³M) and laminaritetrose (4.2×10⁻⁴M).

使用方法：加入 150 微升 120 毫摩尔 / 升氯化钠溶液复溶；复溶后抗体工作液体系为：10 毫摩尔 / 升磷酸盐缓冲液（pH7.2）、0.8% 氯化钠，抗体终浓度 1 毫克 / 毫升。

储存条件：本品为冻干制品，运输过程可常温运输；长期保存需置于 4℃以下环境，并配套干燥剂。复溶后：短期 4℃保存；长期分装后 - 20℃避光（加干燥剂）冻存。冻融后不可再次冷冻，解冻后仅可 4℃保存。
